**About the Job**:
We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales engineer to join our team at Srikka Motors.

**Responsibilities**
- To generate leads by cold calling, customer site visits, and curtsey visits/meeting customers.
- To convert potential leads/ Enquiry into the business through techno-commercial discussions with the customer.
- Coordinate with the back office, financer, Head office, and all coordination related to processing the order till delivery of the machine.
- Creation of repo with financer and generating prospects from them.
- Regularly visiting influence/existing/competition clients to generate inquiries.
- Visit the competition machine and prepare a technical comparison of the competition machine.
- Submit daily/ weekly/monthly reports to the reporting authority regularly.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or any other Discipline)
- Experience in a sales engineering role, technical support role, or other customer facing technical role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of the market, customer engagement technologies.
- Ability to travel as needed throughout the region for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in technical sales and the ability to achieve sales quotas.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Qualification**

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or any other Discipline)
