Project Name - UKSDM & PMKK Project,
Salary range - Up to 25k
**Project Overview**:
The UKSDM (Uttarakhand Skill Development Mission) project aims to facilitate skill development and vocational training opportunities for the youth of Uttarakhand. As a Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations of the designated center, ensuring seamless coordination, and driving the project's objectives forward.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operations Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the training center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational protocols.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including trainers, administrative staff, and government authorities to ensure efficient delivery of training programs.
- **Resource Allocation**: Manage the allocation of resources including staff, infrastructure, and training materials to optimize productivity and meet project targets.
- Regularly assess resource requirements and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as necessary.
- **Training Program Supervision**: Supervise the implementation of training programs in alignment with the objectives of the UKSDM project.
- Monitor the quality of training delivery, provide feedback to trainers, and implement corrective measures when necessary to maintain high standards.
- **Student Engagement and Support**: Foster a conducive learning environment for students enrolled in various training programs.
- Address student grievances, provide guidance and support, and facilitate their overall learning experience.
- **Financial Management**: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the center's budget, ensuring prudent financial management and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare financial reports as required.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards set by the UKSDM and relevant authorities.
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with local communities, employers, and other stakeholders to promote the objectives of the UKSDM project and foster partnerships for skill development and employment opportunities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of skill development or vocational training.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Sound understanding of financial management principles and experience in budgetary control.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of government policies and initiatives related to skill development and vocational training would be an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.60 per month
