Night Auditor

Ø Work Timings are 11 PM to 8 AM.

Ø Implement the Standard operation procedures of the department and Supervise all the day to day operations of the department

Ø Ensure posts of daily room charges to the guest ledger are correct

Ø Ensure posting of all the bills through the hotel’s property management system

Ø Reconcile all the outlet final reports with the hotel’s property management system

Ø Audit and reconcile all the checkout bills and ensure all are correct and completed on time

Ø Assist front office employee in check in and check out during the night shift

Ø Ensure all receipts for the shift are properly recorded, balanced and deposited to finance

Ø Prepare the revenue report correctly and balanced with room sales

Ø Ensure settlement of all credit cards and balances

Ø Reconcile guest ledger on daily basis and report to front office manager.

Ø Prepare the complimentary room list.

Ø Verify all supporting documents.

Ø Summarize all adjustments or rebates to the finance manager.

Ø Ensure and cross verify accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest house accounts, telephone and revenue with guest ledger.

Ø Assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues.

Ø Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents

Ø Act as hotel system liaison during night hours.

Ø Perform all Guest Service Representative Functions as required

Ø May assist with other duties as assigned

Ø Ensure smooth internal and external audit

Ø Control & monitor all departmental costs on a regular basis to ensure performance against budget

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
