Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage the front desk, including receiving and sorting mail, handling courier services, and
maintaining office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and assist with calendar management for executives.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and assisting with office-related
tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration or related
field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office
equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
- Familiarity with administrative software and office management procedures.
