**Job description**:

- Target Achievement through feasible production planning as per demands.
- Must be able to help cell members to follow SOP’s in working area.
- Manpower planning, trouble shooting related to problems on line and customer complaints (Product verification and Field complaints).
- Productivity improvement, eliminate NVA, improving tooling, offloading sub assembly, identification of Bottleneck operations, implementation of kaizen and Line balancing
- Quality improvement - zero assembly defects.
- Use of method study for effective use of available resources.
- Corrective action in process rejection & Inventory.
- Establishing ‘Zero defect and direct passes.
- Tacking parts in new product development, trials, homologation, and ODT, PPAP, FMEA and Risk assessment.
- Prepare Shortages report, Download MHS Stock, SAP Stock.
- Loading Plan Discussion With Prod team on daily basis
- Week Plan Adjustment Meeting with team on every Monday
- Line Side Rico reversal on every Tuesday.
- Prepare SWA Plan in a week before Sunday and share to production.
- Prepare SWA MPS in a week before MPS meeting.
- Prepare line wise loading.
- ISC & Non ISC report Circulation on every Sunday.
- Prepare SWA SIOP Working file in 1st Week of month.
- Generation of MRP report based on Customer Schedules & Orders.
- Co-ordinate with Vendor Scheduling as per Customer Schedule.
- Capacity Calculation & Load balancing.
- All PBOM Creation & Correction in SAP as per requirement.
- Ensure availability of Raw Material to meet customer schedules. Co-ordinate and meet Customer Shortages.
- Daily Production report monitoring & loss analysis
- Co-ordinate with Store, production, Purchase, QA, Dispatch, ME & Maint. Dept.
- Periodical verification of work in process (WIP) on the shop floor.
- Co-ordinate with IAM team and complete IAM requirement as per Plan.
- Co-ordinate with OES Customer and complete the requirement as per Plan.
- Forward consolidated RM requirements to Vendor in every week of the month for the next month requirement.
- Daily Monitoring MPS Report.
- Leadership in cost reduction activities.
- **Inventory Management**:Knowledge of various movement types, their use and various customization settings related to them. Maintaining Plant Parameters for Inventory Management, Setting tolerance limits for Goods Receipt. Customization of different Movement types related to GR/GI, Transfer Posting, and Stock Transfers. Subcontracting and Physical Inventory management
- Procure & follow up for the subcontract comp.
- Inform Daily Work Status and In house Shortage Report to PPC Manager and Plant Incharge.
