This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary team, developing and executing menus, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and managing inventory. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, managing the budget, and collaborating with other departments to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.

**Qualifications**
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, and techniques
- Experience in high-end or luxury hotel or restaurant environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a budget and control expenses
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- Previous experience of Pre-opening is preferred.
- Mangalore Cuisine knowledge is desirable.
