**Description**

Reports to: Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to join our team in Goa, India. As a successful procurement associate, your role will be to manage and oversee the purchasing activities of Frontline Managed Services. You will be tasked with developing procurement strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and overseeing the procurement process from start to finish and assisting our Procurement Specialist where deemed fit.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and assist with vendor agreements and terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns, including shipping delays or supply chain issues.
- Validate the quality of purchase items meets client’s or end user’s expectations and resolve issues based on feedback from clients.
- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
- Process SSL/Domain Renewals and sending quotes for licensing.
- Assist with any additional procurement projects that arise.

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Procurement Associate or similar role, or willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
