Outlet Supervisor

The Bakery Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the bakery, from managing staff to ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely and satisfactory manner. They oversee the production process, quality control, inventory management, and customer service. The Bakery Manager must have strong leadership skills to manage staff, communicate with suppliers, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the bakery, including staffing, inventory, and quality control
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that products are made in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all bakery operations
- Train and supervise staff, including bakers, customer service representatives, and administrative staff
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase customer base and revenue
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Troubleshoot any issues related to production, customer service, or staff performance
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in bakery management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Experience with inventory management and production scheduling software
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations related to bakery operations
- Familiarity with baking processes and equipment
- Marketing and sales experience preferred

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
