The Advanced & Creative Design (A&CD) team in Bangalore is looking for a Creative Designer who will contribute to the development of urban mobility solutions which embody Alstom's brand DNA.

As a creative / product designer, you will have the opportunity to sketch,create visual communication render for various interior and exterior components throughout the life cycle of the project

( Sketch to final production) to ensure the continuance of design intent, aesthetics and perceived quality is maintained during the detail design phase of a railway project, captivating our customers and ensuring the design quality of our trains.

**We are looking for**:

- A Designer for the products and its three-dimensional aspects.
- To support the Design Manager in delivering Advanced Creative Design (A&CD) objectives.
- To develop urban mobility solutions which embody Alstom’s brand DNA and Perceived Quality values.
- To create design solutions that are compliant to applicable technical, contractual, legal and standards requirements.
- To work closely with Engineering teams during detailed design phase of project.
- Timely delivery of A&CD deliverables to support project milestones.
- Work to A&CD processes and policies.
- Working together with stakeholders who affect or are affected by appearance requirements.
- Being aware of design trends.
- Is in charge of definition and physical developments of all visible surfaces of a project, either exterior or interior.
- Integrating technical and cost requirements into the projects will be an integral part of your responsibilities. By considering feasibility and cost-effectiveness, you will play a vital role in delivering practical and efficient design solutions.

- Knowledge of industrial design and industrialization process
- Mastery in sketching, digital modeling (preferably Autodesk ALIAS) and rendering (VRED), professional design presentation preparation
- Knowledge in Adobe creative suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with third parties
- Focused on perceived quality
