Qualification: Graduation (preferred)/Masters
Exp. Required: 3-5 years on OT management
Jon Responsibility:
- Overall supervision of the Operating Rooms activities
- Facilitates and monitors activities related to patient care.
- Maintain the documentation of the department
- Ensures continuity of care based upon knowledge of patient needs.
- Counsels employees, develops staff and, as appropriate, utilizes the disciplinary process.
- Plans and maintains staffing pattern
- Management of OT Care Unit
- Participates in quality assessment and improvement.
- Perform day to day work decided by management
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- 3 years (preferred)
