We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our dynamic team at Ghani Biriyani Restaurant, a thriving multi-cuisine restaurant located in Thanjavur.
**About the Role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our culinary operations, including:
- Overseeing menu development and ensuring seasonality and creativity across various cuisines.
- Maintaining the highest standards for food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Managing and motivating a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Implementing and enforcing food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Controlling food costs and minimizing waste.
- Staying current on culinary trends and techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a multi-cuisine restaurant.
- Strong understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative menus.
- Experience in menu costing, inventory control, and food safety.
- Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.
