We are Mint Solar, a BIS-approved solar system provider that offers a wide range of products and services such as a solar on-grid system, rooftop solutions, consultancy services, EPC, and O&M.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales caller to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

**Responsbilities & Duties**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
- Client Handling, Customer Interaction, and Answer questions about products or the company
- To fix up appointments with prospective customers
- Ensure that the budgeted number of quality appointments is made
- Engage in ideas to expand sales opportunities
- Provide support to the Relationship Manager for closing business, if required
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone system
- Good working knowledge in MS office & Internet
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must)
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships
- Sales orientated, strong presentation with ‘can-do’ and ‘want-to’ attitude
- Networking and relationship management with clients
- Negotiation skills
- General Solar PV technology and market knowledge

**Telephone Sales Calls Standard Procedure**
- Handle outgoing and incoming calls in a professional manner and also provide a detailed overview of products and services on the telephone.
- Sales call is a daily activity, keeping a good relationship with clients also follow-up in every 2 days is required.
- Conduct planned sales calls daily covering key prospects.
- Goal is to make calls in the most economical ways to find and sell to prospective customers.

**Achieve the Following**
- Search for new leads
- Make sales appointment
- Research a market to reach new prospective Clients
- Convert inquiries from the advertisement or promotional activity done by the sales and marketing department
- Follow up on every single lead
- Many of the phone calls are potential sales calls, so it is important to have good communication and telephone etiquette
- Always start the conversation by asking if it is a good time to talk
- Let the client know that he/she is important
- Should do adequate preparation, have enough time, make the call directly, and have a good timing
- Ideally it is better to avoid calling during late evening or in the early morning hours
- All Calls should be kept short and to the point unless the client wants to have additional information
- The client should be treated courteously and respectfully
- Should possess good listing skills ie the client should get a chance to speak about his views on the product or requirement
- Correct technique should be used to in closing the telephone sales calls
