**Responsibilities-**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions with clients, manage leads, and forecast sales.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products/services and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business development and sales techniques.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
