**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.

- Applicants must be an Indian Citizen and at least 18 years old.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to sales inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Follow up on billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely collection.
- Supervise the execution of projects, coordinating with team members and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Handle job inquiries, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for vacant positions within the organization.
- Maintain diaries and calendars, organize meetings and appointments, and proactively manage day-to-day work schedules.
- Serve as the 'First Point of Contact' for the director, effectively managing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Delegate tasks to subordinates and follow up on their progress to ensure timely and accurate completion.

**Job Timings**:

- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

**Facilities**:

- Unlimited Tea-Coffee
- Access to a microwave oven and refrigerator for heating or cooling food brought from home.
- TV available in the lounge.
- Basic amenities include pure drinking water, comfortable furniture (chairs, tables, sofas), lounge access, clean washrooms, and air conditioning.

**Paid Facilities/Accomodation (Optional)**:

- Lunch facilities from the office pantry/canteen are available at Rs. 3000 per month. Saturdays will feature a feast.
- Car Pooling from Gandhinagar (Sargasan Cross Road) to Ahmedabad Office is available at Rs. 3000/month.
- If you are relocating from another location or city, one of our employees will accompany you for half a day to show you around, assist you in finding a suitable PG, and help you settle in once you report on the reporting day.

**Leaves and Holidays**:

- Employees are entitled to one paid leave per month, which can be carried forward to the next month and can be encashed at the end of the year.
- In addition to Sundays, there are 12 paid holidays per year for festivals.

**Salary**:

- **For freshers**: The approximate net salary after all deductions will range from Rs. 20000 to 30000 per month.
- **Deductions**: We do not provide Provident Fund, insurance, allowances, or other benefits. Additionally, there are no deductions for professional tax or income tax. The salary we offer is 100% your in-hand salary.
- The numbers mentioned above are approximations and not exact figures. The actual salary offered to you may vary, either exceeding or falling below these estimates, based on your performance evaluation during the interviews and other selection rounds.

**Notes**:

- The dress code for this role will be white top and black miniskirt. It will be provided by the company. And you can change it in the office.
