We require Store Executive / Store Assistant on urgent basis

**Job Title**: Store Executive
**Department**: Stores / Warehouse
**Reports To**: Store Manager / Warehouse Manager / Inventory Manager

**Job Overview**: A Store Executive in the manufacturing industry is responsible for overseeing the storage and distribution of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products. The role involves managing stock levels, maintaining inventory accuracy, handling orders, and ensuring the efficient operation of the stores or warehouse. The Store Executive ensures that materials are available for production and that finished goods are stored properly before distribution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the storage, movement, and tracking of materials and products within the warehouse or store.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and finished goods, ensuring stock is available for production needs.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper labeling, storing, and categorization of all materials and finished goods.
- **Receiving and Dispatching**:

- Supervise the receipt of materials and goods from suppliers, ensuring they match purchase orders and quality standards.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies, and resolve any issues.
- Oversee the dispatching process of finished products to customers or other departments as required, ensuring timely deliveries.
- **Material Handling**:

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of materials and products to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain the organization of materials within the store or warehouse, ensuring easy accessibility and safe handling.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- **Stock Replenishment**:

- Track usage and reorder materials to maintain adequate stock levels based on production schedules and forecasts.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, receipts, and dispatches using computerized inventory systems.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on stock levels, material consumption, and inventory status.
- Ensure all documentation (such as purchase orders, delivery notes, and stock movement logs) is accurately completed and filed.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all materials received and stored are in proper condition and meet quality standards.
- Assist in the inspection of finished goods to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.
- Address any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods in a timely manner.
- **Warehouse Organization**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store or warehouse environment.
- Ensure that materials are stored according to safety guidelines and are easily identifiable.
- Implement safety practices and report potential hazards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations and material availability.
- Assist with stock reconciliation and address inventory issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Work with logistics teams to plan and execute the delivery of materials and goods.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies regarding inventory management and store operations.
- Follow environmental and safety procedures when handling hazardous materials and chemicals, if applicable.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, especially in stores or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and best practices.
- Proficient in the use of computer software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software).
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, (certification may be required).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards within manufacturing environments.

**Work Environment**:

- Manufacturing plant, warehouse, or store environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
