**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Material Preparation**: Accurately measure and weigh raw materials according to batch formulas. This may include powders, liquids, and solids.
- **Mixing Operations**: Operate mixing equipment to blend raw materials together according to established procedures. Monitor mixing processes to ensure uniformity and consistency of products.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to verify adherence to specifications. Identify and report any deviations from quality standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and supplies needed for compounding operations. Replenish materials as needed and ensure proper storage and handling procedures are followed.
- **Documentation**: Record production data, including batch records, inventory transactions, and quality test results. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies regarding the handling and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of compounding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
