Job description
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced draftsman to join our organisation. You will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings and plans for various projects. You will work closely with civil engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure the quality and accuracy of the designs.

Job Profile:

- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to produce and revise technical drawings and plans for Water holding concrete structures, Metal structures, 2D machine drawings, and other structures from Project Manager’s sketches, incorporating exact measurements.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
- Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.

Requirement:

- An associate degree or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar define specific degree
- Prior experience as an architectural draftsman will be advantageous.
- Communication and inter-personal skills.
- A mode of commute (for within the city only, whenever necessary) is also a must.

Location - Bhopal

Expected Start Date: 20/02/2024

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
