Role Overview:
Essential Skills:
Java Development Expertise:

- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Java Developer, with experience on Spring Boot.
- Strong emphasis on Spring Boot development, showcasing in-depth knowledge of its features and best practices.
- Application of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles to create scalable and robust solutions.
- Very solid understanding of Maven.
- Deep understanding of Spring Boot & Java features and best practices.

Test Automation:

- Developing scalable and maintainable automated test cases and framework.
- Write clean and efficient automation scripts to support the testing process.

Product Owner Skills:

- Ability to gather, prioritize, and translate product requirements into user stories.
- Proficient communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders, development teams, and other product owners.
- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and features to align development efforts.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills:
Agile/Scrum Methodology:

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Knowledge of Agile principles and ceremonies.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

- Good experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as GitLab CI and Bamboo.

Testing Tools and Frameworks:

- Familiarity with additional testing tools and frameworks, including TestNG, Playwright, Karate.

Version Control:

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

DevOps Skills:

- Understanding of DevOps practices, branching strategies and tools.
- Experience with AWS cloud services like, ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB & containerisation with Docker, and Kubernetes.

Problem-Solving Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Ability to create clear and concise documentation and reports related to the development and testing processes.
