We are looking for _US Accounts Assistants/ Executives _to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting Manager Responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process
- Should Have Hands-On Experience in Balance Sheet Finalization
- Preparation of Tax returns from work papers/organizers
- Communicating with client and delivering the job to the client.
- Working on various tax software including Drake, CCH Access and Lacerate. Experience in one or more tax software’s a plus.
- E-filing tax returns as per client instructions
- Preparation of 1040, 1120, 1120S and 1065s, 5471 and 5472.
- FBAR Reporting and Proforma 1120s
- Should have ability to handle and work with a team
- Experience in sales tax and HST.
- Experience in US Accounting & Taxation will be more preferred
- Must be able to review the details and prepare systems for new clients and review the work for team
- Should have good communication skills
- Bookkeeping experience is mandatory.
- Prepare corporate, partnership, Individual, fiduciary income tax returns
- Preparation of year-end tax closings including recording transactions, journal entries and review of books and records, a plus
- Prepare projections & year-end tax strategies
- Assume responsibility for completing multiple client assignments
- Work as part of an integrated team
- Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly Accounts
- Finalization of Periodical Accounts as per Clients Needs
- Review/Prepare Financial Statements as per Requirements
- Revenue / Spend Analysis, Pay -Roll Preparation etc.
- Capability to collaborate with the team head and designated clients on their daily functions.
- Tact to Train new resources inducted in team as and when required
- Qualified CA, CPA(USA) or other professional from Accounting Background.
- Prior experience in US Accounting is preferred
- Good understanding of Accounting concepts
- Hands on Usage skills of Microsoft Applications.
- Good at English communication and conversation skills
- Preference To CA/CS/CMA Dropouts
- Able To Work in A Team Environment
- Fluency in English is must

**Recommended software's needed**:

- QuickBooks - FreshBooks -Zoho - Drake -CCH - Lacerte - Proconnect - Proseries
