**Job Overview**:
A FacebookAds Specialist is a digital marketing professional specializing in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on the Facebook/Instagramplatform. This role requires expertise in creating targeted and compelling ad creatives, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve specific business objectives. The Facebook/InstagramAd Specialist works closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall digital marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Campaign Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive Facebook/Instagramadvertising strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to optimize targeting.

**2. Ad Creation and Optimization**:

- Design and create engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Implement A/B testing for ad copies, visuals, and other elements to optimize performance.
- Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

**3. Audience Targeting and Segmentation**:

- Utilize Facebook/Instagram's targeting options to reach specific demographics and interests.
- Segment audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.

**4. Budget Management**:

- Set, manage, and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly spending to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.

**5. Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze campaign performance data using Facebook/InstagramAds Manager and other analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

**6. Conversion Tracking and Optimization**:

- Implement and monitor conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Optimize ad campaigns to increase conversion rates and achieve desired outcomes.

**7. Stay Updated on Trends and Best Practices**:

- Stay informed about changes in the Facebook/Instagramadvertising platform and industry trends.
- Implement best practices to keep campaigns competitive and effective.

**8. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other marketing teams to align Facebook/Instagramad strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create compelling ad content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Facebook/Instagramadvertising campaigns.
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint or similar credentials is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
