**About the Role**:
Job Title: Fashion consultant/ sales - Store Executive

Location: Residency Road. Jewlery store.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations**:Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- **Customer Service**:Deliver excellent customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and resolve customer concerns promptly. Provide top-notch customer service by assisting customers, answering their inquiries, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. actively promoting our jewellery collections and assisting customers in their purchasing decisions.
- ** Inventory Management**:Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage replenishment orders.
- **Store Maintenance**:Oversee store cleanliness, safety, and security. Ensure the store's appearance and functionality are consistently at their best.
- **Billing & Reporting**:Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to higher management. Every day Sales report.

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduate.
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of retail management experience. preferably in the Jewellery store.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Passion for jewellery and an eye for detail.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Ability to make sound decisions, work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented,
- Proficiency in using sales tools and Billing software
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining client relationship

**Other Important Considerations**:

- Renumeration -
2.4 to 3 Lakhs per annum (CTC)
- Employee might have to visit customer and it’s a secured environment. Somebody will accompany you to the client to show jewellery
- Yearly Bonus - 1 month after working for a year.
- Appraisal every year. From 5 to 20 %
- Age bracket
21 to 35
- Full formals Clothes at work.
- No leave during probation of 1 months.
- Notice period. 7 days during Probation time of one month.
- 30 Days notice after Probation
- Monday to Saturday. 6 days’ work from Store. Sunday OFF
- 1 Paid leave a month and up to 12 paid leave per year. No Holidays on Festivals or as per arrangement with manager Operational days and hours - All days of the year. Bangalore store - Open 9:30 AM
-Closes 7:15 pm - Lunch - 45 minutes on all days
