Designation: Dispatch Executive - US Semi Voice Process

Work location: The Nest (SCO #3), impact gardens, Amritsar

Work Timings: EST Timings - 4:30 PM-1:30 AM IST

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday-Friday)

Interview Process: Telephonic and Virtual (Video Round)

Salary Range: Can be discussed as per industry standards

What is the role
- Develop and maintain a professional but paternal relationship with customers to insure his/her needs are being met by the company.
- Assist with the onboarding/training of new entrants and owner operators in USA on trucking and dispatching operating procedures.
- Proven customer service skills that support strong and loyal relations.
- Good math skills, to organize load efficiency while not exceeding legal limitations.
- Emergency response support follow safety guidelines and report incidents. Assist with the arrangement of owner operators with emergency roadside assistance, accidents and maintenance issues.
- Proven Critical-thinking skills with ability to take and give critical feedback.
- Booking loads over the phone in USA or make web inquiry DAT or load experience strongly preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage the stress and demands of the role.
- Creative problem solving answering incoming calls describing our service to potential clients (adding value during conversation).
- Completing office errands in support of the business as requested.
