**Job Description for Project Coordinator**
**Job Location**: Vadodara
**Requirements**:
- ** Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Application, or Information Technology or related field.
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably with experience in IT project management.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA, Basecamp, Trello. Familiarity with Scrum framework.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication skills, ability to build trust with clients, and effective teamwork capabilities.
- ** Flexibility**: Willingness to work with overseas clients across different time zones.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead project development using Agile methodology.
- Served in a Scrum team, where primary responsibilities included, e.g., facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews..
- Utilize project management tools effectively.
- Directly engage with clients to understand and creatively solve their problems.
- Effectively manage and track project-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the team's performance, project progress, and adherence to Agile principles. Establish clear metrics and benchmarks for evaluating success and continuously monitor and analyze KPI data.
- Maintain and enhance client-company trust relationships.
- Oversee project risk management and issue escalation.
- Prepare and review project documentation and technical designs.
- Mentor and guide team members for improved performance.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and advocate for best practices.
- Coordinate closely with QA Manager and team for quality assurance.
