**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hospitality Management**: Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations, including bedding arrangements, check-in and check-out preparations, and toiletries management.

**Checklist Preparation**: Develop and maintain comprehensive checklists for various hospitality tasks to ensure all standards and procedures are consistently met

**Customer Handling**: Provide excellent customer service, address guest concerns, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.

**Leadership and Training**: Lead and train subordinates, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and efficiently. Foster a team-oriented environment and encourage professional development.

**Travel**: Willingness to travel to various locations as required to oversee operations and ensure consistency in service quality.

**Qualifications**:
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Proven ability to handle customer issues and provide high-quality service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
