**Role and Responsibilities:

**.**Responsible for timely PIP and sourcing tyres
- Purchase Rate Negotiation and comparison of purchase prices from various suppliers to give best possible rates to marketing team.
- Taking one supplier sourcing to Rs. 5 cr Minimum and Rs.15 Cr Maximum in a year.
- Delivery for forklift tyres - 30 days and for other tyres-45 days.
- Zero Customer Complaint.
- Improving payment terms with suppliers.
- Zero Unreconciled account and zero follow up for payment by supplier for settled terms.
- Quality ratings to 9/10 from 6/10.
- Zero Inventory Beyond 60 days.
- Taking dispatch to Rs.9 Cr per month from Rs.6 cr per month.
- Physical reconciliation of moulds and stocks with ERP.
- Monthly MIS to MD Sir.
- Promoting New Developed Size and tyres with marketing.
- Timely Submission of dispatch planning and ensure adherence to the target dates.
- Addition of 1 suppliers in each quarter following our quality standards.
- Development of new moulds/ new sizes of tyre as per requirement.
- Reconciliation of supplier's account and 100% tally of physical & ER Stock.
- MR For Clearance of stock above 60 days.
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.

Education - Any Graduate (Regular)

Age - 32 to 45 years

Gender - Male

Location - Ludhiana

Salary - 50-70K per Month
