- Work with the client (multiple stakeholders) to diagnose business needs
- Closely coordinate with the Integration/Solution Architect during the preparation of the landscape and interface design Must Have:

- Work with the larger project team - including Integration Architect ABAP Developers Functional Consultants etc. - to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Collaborating and coordinating with Technical Solution Sales Pricing and Operations teams to interpret client RFP requirements and craft solutions that satisfy those requirements.
- Contributing to creation of overall organizational strategy in the field of SAP Integration services including evaluating new processes models pricing and tools and related competitive offerings delivered by other SAP Service providers.
- Contribute to designing architecting and estimating high-quality winning solutions for ongoing opportunities with an emphasis on technical functional and overall excellence.
- Contribute to other pre-sales activities related to SAP Integration interacting with experienced and client buyers and/or influencers and driving proactive opportunity creation activities within the field of Integration.
- Understanding and helping to develop solutions based on the common issues facing clients in a particular industry or region.
- Actively participate in internal capability building activities including knowledge dissemination training asset creation etc. Participate in external forums such as SCN SAP TechEd etc. as part of the competency agenda.

**Must Have:

- **
- At least 7-8 years hands-on experience in XI / PI / Pintegration
- Worked in latest SAP versions PI 7.31/7.4 or higher on single stack Java engine
- Worked on prior versions of XI/PI (3.0 till latest version e.g. 7.31/7.4 or higher)
- Extensive hands on experience on commonly used adapters: IDOC_AAE HTTP_AAE Proxy (scenario) File/FTP/SFTP JMS JDBC SOAP Mail RFC REST SAP BC Marketplace Adapteretc.
- Strong in Core Java and preferably experienced on the development of adapter module
- Worked on both A2A and B2B scenarios and good knowledge on Alert configuration
- Well versed with all kind of mapping techniques (Graphical XSLT and Java)
- Experience on Process Orchestration (PO-PI with NW BPM and BRM experience) will be an advantage
- Should have prior experience on ccBPM
- Strong ABAP Experience and should be able handle Proxy development IDOC enhancements General enhancements (BADI User Exits Enhancement Spots etc.)
- Development experience in ABAP is an advantage
- Good debugging skills
- Good understanding of the requirements toprovide technical solutions
- Good knowledge on performance optimizing tools
- Experience with standard communication protocols Service Oriented Architecture and Web Services
- Experienced in requirements gathering architecting and documenting technical designs
- Experience in performance tuning and code optimization
- Experience with full life cycle implementations and complex integrations Good end to end monitoring skills in Single stack and Dual stack both in ABAP and PI.
- Should be able tomanage an integration team of around 5-10 consultants
- Should be a self-learner and upgrade his/her skills tomatch up with the new and upcoming PI technologies
- Advantage if has experience on HCI HCP and other Cloud integration experience with C4C Success factor SFDC Hybris etc.
