Job Title: Sandbox Management
- Salesforce

Job Family: Information Technology

Reports to: Application Development Manager - Salesforce

Location: Hyderabad

Problem Statement:
In CS we have 3 types of sandboxes, Developer, SIT and UAT. All these sandboxes are out of sync due to projects/Enhancements which are completed but not deployed to Production. Because of this issue, every time we deploy changes to production, we have to use another new sandbox and merge the code which is implemented for that particular project and deploy it. This Process is taking time and there are high chances that some configs/code might get overridden or missed while merging. It is very crucial to keep all the Sandboxes in sync to the Success of the Organization.

SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Salesforce Intern will focus on sandbox management and refreshing activities. Intern should be preparing documents related to the refreshing activities. He / she should come up with a strategy to maintain sandboxes and keep all sandboxes in sync.

- Analyze the process used in CS and come up with a strategy to maintain sandbox.
- Document step by step process of sandbox refresh activities. like

1) Frequency

2) Pre-Sandbox refresh steps

3) Data creation while refreshing sandbox

4) Post refreshing activities etc.

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)
- Education Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA (2023 completed / 2024 TBC)
- Must have Salesforce Admin Knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills - written & verbal.
- Strong technical skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Ability to produce flow chart/technical diagrams.
- Strong computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
