Hiring Office Assistant and Admin in Pithampur

Our Manufacturing client is hiring Office Assistant in Pithampur location
**Job description**
- Should assist the management, employees and all visitors to the company by handling routine office tasks
- Make travel arrangements, accommodation reservations, other bookings, etc for the official tours
- Submit and reconcile travel and expense reports as per company policy
- Purchase office tools, supplies and equipment as required and oversee the maintenance of office facilities and assets
- Coordinate with the teams and manage the purchase of hardware assets and devices as per the need
- Effectively manage appointments, meetings, conference room booking, etc to ensure smooth schedule
- Design and process employee id and business cards as per the requirement
- Manage and properly account for petty cash issued to facilitate general office tasks
- Responsible for office administration payments within approved expense limits and ensuring they are made within reasonable time
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in office premises
- Perform other relevant duties when needed.
Job requirements
- A master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude
- 6 months to 2 years experience in handling general office tasks
- Most importantly, the person should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
