Require Front Office Executive (ONLY FEMALE) for **(JOB LOCATION ) Bijwasan Road, Kapashera Extn. New Delhi - 110061; **Interview shall be conducted at our Head Office **Connaught Place, New Delhi;**
- Age : upto 32 years old

Experience: 3-5 years

**Conveyance will be provided (if selected)-pick n drop facility**

Fluent in spoken and written English, and well versed in internet.

**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to Management and assisting with administrative tasks
- We are looking for a front desk representative to greet our guests, schedule appointments, handle queries and complaints. Your contribution will help increase the efficiency of the office workflow.
- Customer Service Industry
- Hands-on experience with support and guidance to customers.
- Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.
- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
- Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
- Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
- Maintain a visitors’ log book.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Excellent communication, written and people skills.
- Good multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
- Customer oriented and professional attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
