**Job Summary**
- Experience in driving large scale transformation projects, preferably from any Big-4
- Hands-on experience in transforming end-to-end record to report (R2R), procure to pay (P2P) and order to cash (O2C) processes
- Strong knowledge in transforming F&A, FP&A and Reporting (MIS and Statutory)
- Should have immense experience in technology consulting, understanding business requirements, developing functional specifications and configuration, unit, system and integration testing, user training, and post go-live support
- Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify design and implement creative business and technology solutions for large clients across several key industries
- Understand complex technology architecture and understand integration between systems

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand business requirements from stakeholders by conducting workshops and interviews
- Capture business requirements in BRD document
- Prepare fit-gap assessment between the business requirement and MS Dynamics leading practices
- Prepare functional specifications for the business requirements
- Design and configure ERP system modules
- Prepare configuration rationale
- Prepare workaround through customization or process steps that are not configured in ERP
- Develop ERP solutions and methodologies
- Leading team meetings and assigning action items, following up along the way until the deadline for each project
- Plan and track detailed activities for implementation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Make sure the ERP systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly
- Perform as counsellor and coach for ERP solution implementation
- Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides the company with proper business solutions and accurate results

**Education**
- Excellent Academic Pedigree - MBA Finance (from Tier-1 Premier Institutions), CA/ ICWA Final with a strong record of achievement in academics, B.E/ B. Tech., M.E/ M. Tech/ MCA
- Certification in MS Dynamics 365 (F&O, Business Central) is preferred
