Experienece : 2 - 3 years

Qulification : Diploma / B.E Mechanical

Salary : 28K - 35K

**Roles and Responsibilties**:

- Supervise a team of gas engineers responsible for delivering high quality and cost effective gas servicing reactive maintenance services.
- Maintaining set standards in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work.
- To attend site meetings with contracts manager for technical support.
- To carry out routine inspections and competency checks of engineers.
- Ability to deal with technical issues and other problems escalated by engineers.
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coa
