**Supervision and Management**:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas of the hospital.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, including cleaners, supervisors, and support staff.
- Assign duties and create shift schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms, operation theaters, public areas, and restrooms to ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve complaints related to cleanliness and housekeeping services promptly.
- **Training and Development**:
- Organize regular training sessions for housekeeping staff on infection control, bio-waste disposal, and handling hazardous materials.
- Ensure staff adherence to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and SOPs.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:
- Monitor the stock of cleaning materials, equipment, and linen.
- Coordinate with procurement to replenish inventory and replace defective equipment.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:
- Work closely with nursing, operations, and maintenance teams to address specific cleaning or sanitation requirements.
- Ensure smooth operations during emergencies, such as spill management or biohazard containment.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including cleaning schedules and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including NABH, JCI, or other accreditation standards.
- Submit periodic reports on department performance and recommendations for improvement.
- **Waste Management**:
- Oversee proper segregation, collection, and disposal of medical and general waste in line with hospital policies and environmental regulations.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**:
- Manage housekeeping budgets and control costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
- **Experience**: Minimum 8-9 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- **Certifications**: Certification in infection control or healthcare facility management is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
