As an Office Coordinator, you will thrive in providing timely and accurate clerical and administrative support to our site in Coimbatore. With an independent and self-reliant work style, your role will involve ensuring efficient administration, accuracy, and integrity in handling purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stationery, and other expense claims.

You are a detail-oriented and organized professional with exceptional interpersonal skills. In this role, you will assume responsibility for facilities management across the entire plant, ensuring everything is well-maintained, and contractors meet high quality. You will be tasked with overseeing the performance management of outsourced services.

Leveraging your organizational skills, you will oversee the coordination of annual Team Building/Mini Townhall events for the department, including management and operations. Additionally, you will be in charge of 5S and Gemba Scheduling. Your responsibilities also extend to arranging food orders for guests/visitors, meetings, training, external events, or any departmental activity.

As an enthusiastic and supportive team member with a keen eye for detail, you will contribute significantly to the team by serving as an all-rounder in providing administrative support for office and facility management. This includes overseeing aspects such as cleaning, security, food & canteen management, travel arrangements, and courier services.

There is more to this role where you will be working in a busy environment with a range of administrative tasks.

This role is based in Coimbatore.
