As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that enhance the overall aesthetic of our publications. Your designs will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging our readers, while effectively communicating our brand's message. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and innovative designs for various publications, including magazine layouts, book covers, illustrations, info-graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to understand their requirements and create designs that align with the content and target audience.
- Use industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit graphics, images, and layouts.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, cohesive, and consistent with the company's brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs to different formats and platforms, including print and digital media.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of designed materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve your skills and contribute innovative ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in a publication house or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industry-standard tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital media.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A passion for graphic design and a desire to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
