Photographer & Videographer

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Edit and enhance raw video footage and images using editing software and tools.
- Format, optimize, and deliver videos and images in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and team members to understand project requirements.
- Make creative decisions for color grading, visual effects, transitions, and overall content quality.
- Maintain consistent style and visual identity across projects and platforms.
- Incorporate feedback to refine and improve the final output.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new editing techniques.
- Manage and organize video and photo files, ensuring proper backup and storage procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Video and Photo Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing software.
- Solid understanding of video and photo composition, color grading, and visual storytelling.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
