The centre would focus on augmenting AGCO's global IT and Digital capability and investment in high-quality technology, innovation, and R&D talent.

The teams will be an integral part of AGCO's global ecosystem. They will work as part of a global cross-function and cross-cultural team, working together to deliver AGCO's purpose to provide Farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world and our vision to be the Trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Deliver different MES solutions (KEKO, Lean MES) and other business developments based on the user requests / functional design within the given time according to the development guideline
- Collaborate with the onsite business owners to design and launch new features
- Provide development support within a given time
- Participate in projects or workstreams
- Maintain code integrity and organization
- Mentor junior developer colleagues
- Participate in analysis and design of new processes and functions
- Create functional module tests on the new developments
- Create technical documentation about the developments based on the templates

**Who You Will Bring**:

- Degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent work experince
- Relevant work experience
- Highly experienced with.NET (C# and ASP.NET WebApi)
- Deep knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle)
- Experience using advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS could be an advantage
- High-level understanding of manufacturing processes and interdependencies with other areas of the global IT system is an advantage.
- Experience with system integration interfaces

**Who You Are**:

- Has effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Has problem solving skills
- Travel required < 25%
- Years of expereince required 6-8
