**Content Creation**: Produce high-quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, testimonials, reviews, and social media posts, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
- **UGC Curation**: Monitor and curate user-generated content from social media, review sites, and other online platforms. Select and share content that reflects positively on the brand and enhances its image.
- **Engagement Management**: Interact with customers and followers to encourage them to create and share content related to our brand. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to develop and execute UGC campaigns and initiatives. Provide creative input and insights to optimize campaign performance.
- **Community Building**: Foster a sense of community among customers and followers by encouraging interaction, collaboration, and participation in UGC activities. Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of user-generated content campaigns and initiatives. Monitor key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- **Creative Skills**: Proficient in content creation tools and platforms. Ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content that tells a story and resonates with the audience.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling captions, messages, and responses that reflect the brand voice and tone.
- **Social Media Savvy**: In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience in using social media management tools for content scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding and meeting customer needs. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and followers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
