Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence is seeking a detail-oriented and
motivated individual to join our team as the IQAC Coordinator. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell
(IQAC) Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring
of quality assurance and enhancement activities within our institution. This position offers an
exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our academic programs and
institutional processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance and enhancement activities
under the guidance of the IQAC in charge.
- Support the preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) by collecting and
organizing relevant data and information from various departments and stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of academic and
administrative processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to implement quality enhancement
initiatives based on assessment findings and stakeholder feedback.
- Provide administrative support for IQAC meetings, workshops, seminars, and training programs,
including scheduling, logistics coordination, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining documentation and records related to quality assurance activities, ensuring
accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Liaise with external quality assurance agencies, regulatory bodies, and accreditation agencies as
directed by the IQAC In-Charge.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with quality benchmarks and performance indicators set by
regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies.
**Qualifications**:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
- X years of experience in quality assurance, institutional assessment, or related areas.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
