**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Job Responsibilities:

- Experience as a Business/Data Analyst, in Regulatory Reporting preferred
- Partner with Operations, Technical and Product leaders and SMEs to identify requirements for the enhancement, development and implementation of scalable and robust operating models and solutions, ensuring alignment to strategic business initiatives
- Proven ability to manage large complex efforts, managing and addressing issues in a timely manner ensuring least impact on timelines and overall risk; organized, structured work style
- Conduct deep dive on aspects of the Regulatory Reporting environment and plan and report status of ongoing projects and tasks to senior management. Work on the execution of activities
- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, facilitate decision-making by providing right level of information and timely escalation when required.
- Provide oversight on reporting issues, ensuring that root causes are understood and remediation plans in place
- Conduct trainings and roadshow and Facilitate and lead periodic calls with cross line of business, cross regional stakeholders
- Drive change management projects and new reporting requirements independently
- Identify, mitigate and resolve risk and issues across teams, ensuring escalations to the right levels where required
- Ensure positive team engagement and lead by example to maintain high standards of quality.

**Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of financial services experience with exposure / involvement in one or more of the following areas: Private Banking, reporting, intelligent automation, process improvement
- Minimum 6+ years as Business/Data Analyst
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, high quality institution
- Working knowledge of various IA tool such as Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, Signavio, QLIK, etc.
- Strong Dashboarding skills
- Strong Regulatory/Financial services / Business consultancy background
- Strong Data Analytical skills
- Ability to efficiently plan, prioritize and deliver against deadlines
- Strong experience with Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage all stages of the analytical project lifecycle from data exploration to development, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of Scrum framework and experience working with tools like JIRA and Confluence
