3D Interior Designer

**Position Overview**:
As a 3D Interior Designer, your role is to create visually appealing and functional interior designs using 3D modeling software. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and other design professionals to develop concepts, and bring interior spaces to life.

**Responsibilities**:
**Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with clients and design teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Generate innovative interior design concepts that align with the client's vision and functional needs.
- Develop mood boards, sketches, and initial 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.

**3D Modeling and Visualization**:

- Utilize 3D modeling software to create accurate and detailed interior models.
- Produce high-quality renderings and walk throughs to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

**Space Planning and Layout**:
Analyze and evaluate space requirements, traffic flow, and functionality to optimize interior layouts.
Create floor plans, elevations, and sections that illustrate furniture placement, fixture locations, and spatial relationships.
Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility regulations, and safety standards.

**Material and Finishes Selection**:
Research and source appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment for interior projects.
Consider factors such as aesthetics, durability, sustainability, and budget constraints while making selections.
Prepare material boards and schedules to present material options and specifications to clients.

**Industry Trends and Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in interior design and 3D visualization.
Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
Continuously improve workflows and processes to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Interior Designer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture design, and interior design principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
