As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to individuals who contact the call center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve effective communication, problem-solving, and multitasking to meet customer needs and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and in a courteous manner.

2. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, understand their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.

3. Handle customer complaints and de-escalate tense situations with empathy and patience.

4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, or company policies.

5. Use call center software and systems to document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and thorough records.

6. Follow established call scripts and processes to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions.

7. Identify sales opportunities and promote products or services to customers when appropriate.

8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share information, seek assistance, and contribute to a positive work environment.

9. Meet individual and team performance targets, such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.

10. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and changes in policies or procedures.

11. Continuously improve personal skills and knowledge through training and self-development.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

6. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with call center software and systems.

7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

8. Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle stress.

9. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required.

10. Bilingual or multilingual skills may be advantageous, depending on the customer base.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Okhla, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
