- Minimum qualification: Post Graduate/Masters in any stream (Science, Commerce, Arts)/ Background in Psychology is preferred

- Experience : Minimum 3 to 10 years

About : Identity Foundation Trust holds an educational project of UNICEF INDIA in collaboration with the Dept. School & Mass Education of Odisha(DHSE, OSEPA). IFT is engaged by UNICEF for Career Awareness programmes, and executes the initiatives all over ODISHA to reach out to 22 lakhs students from class 9th to class 12th. Zonal coordinators will be allocated to the zones Sambalpur and Berhampur respectively. Each zone will constitute 7 to 10 districts.

Job description:

- Coordination with all DEOs, ADEOs, Nodal Teachers, School Headmasters & Principals of all districts under respective zones
- Conducting Physical as well as virtual Career awareness orientations/ sessions in secondary and higher secondary schools of each district
- Managing District level career programs / events
- Monitoring, operating and coordinating career guidance corners of each school of the concerned districts
- Coordinating the district level Career Fair Programmes organized by the OSEPA & SC/ST dept
- Regular sharing information with Project coordinator / supervisor
- Daily reporting to project coordinator/Supervisor about all assigned responsibilities

Skills Required:

- Fluency in communication in English, Odia & Sambalpuri
- Commitment and accountability
- Willing to travel as and when required
- Efficient in addressing the bigger crowd
- Ability to manage events
- Ms Excel and Powerpoint

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
