**Job Description: Junior Digital Marketing and Content Creator**

**Position Title**: Junior Digital Marketing and Content Creator
**Department**: Marketing
**Reports To**: Digital Marketing Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website content and improve user experience.

**Content Creation**
- Develop and design engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality and alignment with the brand’s tone and messaging.
- Create visual assets such as graphics, images, and short videos using design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas that align with marketing goals.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring consistency in voice and brand identity.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to increase engagement.

**Support and Coordination**
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation (internships included).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital trends.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
