**Unlock Impact **is a _**women-led gender-smart firm**_ that works across South and Southeast Asia. We bring together experience, knowledge and networks to help growing, purpose-driven enterprises deliver measurable impact. Our work exists along three verticals:
- **Comms Ninja**: A unique virtual model that brings women back into the workforce by placing them as comms specialists with impact organisations and startups throughout the world
- **Nüshu Network**: offers community, coaching and capital for women entrepreneurs in Asia who are looking to build and grow sustainable enterprises.
- **Villgro Philippines**:An award-winning gender-smart incubator that funds, mentors, and nurtures innovative startups addressing urgent social and climate issues through market-based models.
Under the **Comms Ninja** vertical, Unlock Impact offers storytelling, communications and content marketing for social enterprises, nonprofits and sustainable startups and businesses. We deliver this service through an _**all women**_ team of communications experts who are matched with organisations based on client needs and execute on customised communications strategies to help the enterprise grow.
**How we work**:
- Unlock Impact works virtually and you will work out of your preferred choice of location. You are expected to have a laptop, required software, working internet connection and a phone, so you can schedule, lead and join meetings virtually.
- Working hours are flexible, we expect you to be the judge of your best productive hours. You may need to cover multiple time zones as needed.

**Compensation**:Will be based on multiple factors including experience level, expertise areas, how much training/upskilling would be needed but also _commensurate to the impact sector _(and not corporate rates) since most of our clients are nonprofits, social enterprises or small startups.

**Roles & responsibilities**:Comms Ninja**:
- Develop communications strategies based on client requirements
- Work with client(s) to implement communications plan/strategy
- Collaborate closely with client to ensure communication stays on brand
- Work on activities - blogs, social media marketing, newsletters, reports etc. - as per plan requirement
- Weekly updates to Unlock team as well as client
- Update the work plan and timesheet daily/weekly as required
**Digital Marketing Ninja**:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies based on client requirements
- Set up performance ads on various digital platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google ads, Zoho, Mailchimp, Brevo
- Assess metrics and tweak campaigns to help lead generation, website traffic
- Conduct regular reviews and provide updates to clients
**Design Ninja**:
- Deliver design materials as needed - including but not limited to logos, reports, PPTs, newsletters, branding guidelines, websites, videos
- Collaborate closely with clients and other Comms Ninja to ensure high quality of material
- Provide work plans and timely updates and action follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of materials
**SEO Ninja**
- Review and audit existing SEO and make recommendations to client on SEO strategy
- Lead detailed keyword research and to identify the most effective and targeted key phrases/topics with the highest ROI for clients businesses
- Provide recommendations for campaigns and launches
- Monitor metrics and performance, and provide - monthly reports, conduct site audits, Google analytic reports
**Skills and experience required**:
- Minimum **3 years of experience**:
- Clear thinking and understanding of communication strategy, delivery, audience, positioning and storytelling _is a must_
- Strong client engagement, communication and time management skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to manage 2-3 clients at a time
- Proven record of working both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of industry/market trends in storytelling, content, comms / SEO / Design
- Willing to learn and upskill when needed
- Experience of working with small/growing teams is a big plus
- Experience in social impact is a plus
**Additional skills/experience**:
- **Design Ninja**: Knowledge of designing on any of the two_**is a must**_ - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Procreate
- **SEO Ninja**: Significant Microsoft Excel experience preferred along with
