**JOB DESCRIPTION - Assistant Marketing Manager **:We are looking for an
- **Responsibilities**:

- Understand the organization’s marketing goals and objectives, and develop strategies and plans to achieve them
- Research and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to help form marketing plans
- Raise the profile of the Company through the development of active marketing strategies and communication programmes in line with business objectives
- Responsible for the development of company website and design internal and external literature as required across all departments
- Write and distribute press releases liaising with media stakeholders to ensure appropriate coverage
- Support the sales team through the design, implementation and monitoring of sales and marketing campaigns and materials
- Identify appropriate external event opportunities and arrange attendance including relevant support material
- Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations

**Marketing Assistant Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- 3-6 years experience in marketing or equivalent education
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Good organization skills
- Related job and internship experience
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to spot emerging trends
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
