**Job Overview**:
**As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating IT projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, technical teams, and business units, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and address issues to keep projects on track.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide meeting minutes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and change requests.
- Generate and distribute regular project status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Ensure project documentation aligns with organizational standards.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of project outputs to identify and address any quality issues.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Work with project managers and teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement proactive measures to minimize project risks.
- **Resource Management**:

- Assist in resource allocation and tracking to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with resource managers to address any resource constraints.
- **Budget Tracking**:

- Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures.
- Report on budget status and identify any variances.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in IT projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

**Work Environment**:

- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
