We are looking for an experienced and creative Interior Designer to contribute to our team's ongoing success. As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients to understand their vision, interpret their requirements, and develop design concepts that align with their aesthetic preferences and functional needs. From concept development to project completion, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing projects of various scales and complexities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budgetary considerations.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing spaces and gather necessary information for project development.
- Develop innovative design concepts, space plans, and 3D visualizations that effectively communicate the vision to clients.
- Create detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and other design elements that align with the project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee the implementation of design concepts, ensuring compliance with design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Provide ongoing project management, including site visits, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to our clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.
- Professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions.
