- Job Description**Responsibilities**:
Migration Planning: Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to assess current systems and plan the migration process to Microsoft 365.

Technical Expertise: Execute and oversee the migration of on-premises systems to Microsoft 365, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft 365 services to align with the organization's specific needs and requirements.

User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to help them adapt to the new Microsoft 365 environment.

Security and Compliance: Ensure that security measures and compliance standards are met throughout the migration process, including data protection and user access controls.

Troubleshooting: Address and resolve migration-related issues and technical challenges in a timely manner.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process, configurations, and user guides.

Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful migration.

Stay Updated: Keep up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and best practices to ensure the organization continues to benefit from the latest features and security enhancements.

Qualifications:
Microsoft 365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in migrating to and managing Microsoft 365 services.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 tools and technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.

Migration Tools: Familiarity with migration tools and software used in the migration process.

Security and Compliance: Understanding of Microsoft 365 security features and compliance requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and industry-specific standards.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and provide user training.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator, are a plus.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, IT, or related fields.
