Role Description:

- The role will provide an opportunity to work on projects across the CIB DPS organization, rather than just a focusing on specific LOB.
- They will also have significant exposure & visibility to senior management.
- This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with advanced problem solving and communication skill.
- Automation Testing & other tools
- Should have an expertise in Selenium & Cucumber
- Web UI Automation experience
- Should be well versed and able to write Java/Groovy/Python code
- Complete understanding of UI automation and components
- Should be familiar with Keyword driven and Data driven automation framework
- Should be able to write, run and maintain Automation scripts with automation expertise
- Exposure to AngularJS/ReactJS UI is added advantage
- Should be familiar of running automation in Continuous Integration & Development environment.
- Preferred working knowledge of SQL/ NoSQL/Big data will be an added advantage.

- Experience working with large scale compliance and regulatory driven projects in Investment Banking, preferably in Securities products.
- Highly effective time management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with mínimal supervision.
- Good problem solving & execution skills.
- Ability to break down analyses and issues into their individual components
- Ability to quickly learn new concept
- Ability to quickly derive patterns and insights from data and analysis
- Ability to keep sight of the overall context of what they are working on and remain centered on answering the 'bigger' question
- Works well individually as well as with the team, shares information, supports colleagues and staff.
- Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure and aggressive deadlines
- Safe pair of hands - keeps track of deliverables and proactively follow-ups and provides updates. Does not need to be reminded or chased.
- Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure and aggressive deadlines
- Well versed with test, requirement management tools like Jira

Qualification:

- Post Graduate/ MBA/MCA (or Bachelor degree in Engineering with at least 8+ years of relevant experience) preferred

Deep Project / Test Management exposure (minimum 4+ years)
