**Job Description: Marketing Executive**

As KML Tech Consultancy's Marketing Manager, drive growth through strategic initiatives. Develop and execute plans for brand promotion, client acquisition, and industry relationship-building.

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**:

- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in the civil engineering sector.
- Create and execute plans to promote services effectively.

**Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities**:

- Conduct targeted marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to discover and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine marketing approaches and stay ahead of market dynamics.

**Online Presence Management**:

- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling online brand image.

**Industry Events and Networking**:

- Plan and execute participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Raise the company's profile and establish connections within the civil engineering sector.

**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

**Budget Oversight**:

- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Allocate resources for maximum impact and ensure cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.

**Collaboration with Sales Team**:

- Foster collaboration with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Support the conversion of leads into clients through coordinated strategies.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Prerequisite Skills**
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the B2B or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and proficiency in using relevant tools and platforms (Both Organic + Paid Campaign)
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise innovative marketing strategies
